Customer Care Agent - SMB & Residential Team

Position: 

Working with our Customer Care SMB & Residential team, under supervision of the team’s manager, your role will be to:

  • Answer phone calls placed to our service line and process support requests sent in by email, by using an empathetic and professional approach in your communication.
  • Coach new clients and partners in how to use their telephony solutions, respecting the pre-set appointment that was booked for those training purposes.
  • Guide potential new clients who have called our sales line in choosing and signing up for the best solution based on their specific needs.
  • Relaying calls or emails to the appropriate person or department if the request or call does not concern a task to be accomplished by the SMB & Residential Customer Care team.
  • Resolve problems as they are reported if you have the ability to do so, if not following proper escalation procedure to the right team.
  • Execute other various tasks related to the managing of accounts of SMB and Residential clients.

Skills and Experience:

  • Agility in absorbing new concepts and procedures in the world of IT and technology in general,
  • Great visual learner
  • Knowledge of Telecom and Cloud VoIP solutions an advantage
  • Understand a vision of empowering those around us by support and coaching; orient yourself towards the success of others.
  • Empathy, perserverance, and patience are part of your core values
  • You are responsible, motivated, and passionate in your personal and professional projects.
  • Bilingual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional experience in the area of Customer Care
  • Have a post-secondary education (CEGEP or University-level) in an area that is relevant to this job offer: Be creative in proving to us why!
